Good traditional hotel with fixed number of dishes and they concentrate on that. Idly vada sambhar is a must try here, vada is more crisp, sambhar is excellent. Overall hygenic and good taste. Meals is wonderful option for lunch, with different varieties of dishes daily.
Nice place for south Indian bangalore style breakfast and all day meals. The food is very fresh, tasty and price is nominal. It's the sister concern of slv in banashankari which is also a very popular joint. Seating is available with parking on the road.
Good restaurant near banashankari 2nd stage BDA complex. Idly, vada, varieties of dosa and other south Indian items available. Gobi, fried rice and noodles are also available. Parking is on the street. Coffee is good. Self-service on the ground floor and service on the 1st floor.

Have been wanting to review this outlet for long time now and it was quite confusing and daunting. I want to rate it better but just cannot. Have been visiting this place for 8 years and reactions have been a mixed bag. There has been a lot of changes over the years food wise, hospitality and cosmetically. Once you walk into the outlet one can just smell the pure aroma of arrogance and attitude....not to forget the food though. A lot of new dishes have been introduced over the years especially in the self service area which is quite reasonably priced and that's a plus point. Except for idly and sambar the quality of the rest has changed considerably. Some positive and some negative. Rest room cannot be used throughout as it is allowed for use only after the table service area opens...and that's quite odd. The pricing in the service area is very high and is at par with hotels like Hara and 1947, which really doesn't justify with the quality and quantity served. One has to always keep an eye at the self service area cleaners, if one turns his back to get an extra spoon or chutney sambar , the plate can just vanish. Best to avoid peak hours as it is very chaotic and suffocating. At most times the cash counter, chat and juice section staff are very arrogant which is a big let down. Will certainly recommend to all at their own risk. The best time to visit is the opening hours when the food is fresh and arrogance is at its minimal.
