I joined Pal fitness center 3.5 months back and I lost almost 8 kg weight along with inch loss.. this is what I exactly wanted... from day one you are made to feel like part of team, the way you are pushed by everyone is just amazing... all the staff members are very supportive and friendly...personalized diet plan , every day different floor exercise along with toning machines help a lot...
