SLIM SURE FITNESS STUDIO - Gym in Delhi - North West, India

My recent visit to this fitness studio was disappointing due to two main issues. Firstly, the lack of proper ventilation caused discomfort during the workouts on hot days as the air conditioner was not functioning, and the studio refused to turn it on. Secondly, the trainer, Khushi, displayed a consistently rude and unhelpful attitude, negatively impacting the overall experience. Her lack of interest in assisting clients and creating a motivating environment left me dissatisfied.

My recent experience at this fitness studio was less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my honest thoughts. Firstly, I was highly disappointed with the lack of proper ventilation due to the non-functioning air conditioner. The studio's refusal to turn it on, despite having one, made the workout sessions extremely uncomfortable, especially during hot days. But what made matters even worse was the attitude of the trainer, Khushi. She was consistently rude and unhelpful throughout the session. It felt like she had no interest in assisting clients or providing a motivating environment. Her behavior left a negative impact on my overall experience. Given these factors, I hope they address these issues and work on creating a more customer-oriented and pleasant atmosphere. .

Slim and sure is good place for daily workout but from few days trainer khushi is rude and we dont feel motivated in doing exercises and there is also lack of ventilation in gym . That's not how clients stay at a place no matter how convenient it might be for the client but for a little respect and apt behaviour the clients can even go and opt for another amenities. !!!

This is the best studio for women in rohini . The trainer is very friendly n helpful with members while going exercise in studio. Environment n equipment is also good in studio . I m taking personal training by simran mam ( the owner of studio) since 2021 n till now i m taking personal training by him . She is best trainer till now in my life .she help me in losing weight ( i lose 13 kg ) acc to my height and help in making my body in shape by going yoga n stretching etc. She have so much experience abt workout like in yoga , weight training etc n she solve the health problem of women by doing yoga aur by other things Simran mam u r best trainer in my life n special thanks to u for helping me in weight losing n in other problem Womens plz join this studio
