The gym is fully equipped with expert trainer. Cardio exercise, aerobics, zumba, weight training all measures are taken for proper weight loss and body shape.

Located in the posh area of Avas-Vikas colony, on D.M. Colony road, Slim 'N' Shape is the best Gym in Bulandshahr. Equipped with latest fitness equipments and gadgets. Being located on a side lane, it has advantage of lots of parking space. Managed very professionally. Impressive building of the owner where this Gym operates in the basement.

Completely hygienic,5 Star rated gym machines, complete range of cardio, VLCC therapy, separate coach for ladies and gents, aerobic exercise by trained coach.

Major focus is on Cardio. No good equipments for weight trainings

Good environment and well trained trainers. Would highly recommend.

Mostly every equipment is available here and all are in good condition.

Its looking good from otside and best from inside, it has all we need.

Nice environment , provide trainer also
