Mostly all sets of machines and weights are present and lot of other things which are needed for workout like yoga mats , ropes are also present .Both the trainers are quite professional and take their work seriously.Overall it's a really good environment for a workout .
One of the best Gym near VIT campus which is quite economical. I joined in 2017 for a year and paid 11k for the Yearly membership. The facilities provided are :- 1.Changing Room(Separate for Boys and Girls) 2.Washroom 3. Water Cooler 4.Punching Bag and Ropes 5. Zumba 6.Cardio equipments 7.Overall Gym equipments I would suggest people to go here if you don't have a vehicle and can't go to BFIT which is near Chitoor Bustand.
