Best place if you care about your physic. Best place equipped with all machines & equipments. There are separate physiotherapists for men & women. Vast place for car parking, very friendly staff. A place with so much of positive energy. There is also a clinic inside for physiotherapy. Very cheap price. If you are regular they will make sure that you will reduce your weight consistently. Strength training & sports fitness training are also available .
Best gym I have ever been to. Group workout is the best training regime carried out . Do not hesitate to join . Had a great experience .
Great atmosphere, Friendly staff, Clean environment and with attached Physio care Center... Equipped with latest machines , separate section for weight loss and strength training...its a no-brainer if you really care about your fitness...
Slim & Fit ~ "The name says it all !! " Very right place to shed the extra airbags in you. Well equipped (both cardio and strength machines) . Daily mat sessions are conducted. Awesome place with excellent Instructors , super friendly . I recommend this gym to anyone who is very serious about fitness .
I want to start this review off by stating that I haven't actually been to a gym before.But now i cnt skip going to gym.Everything was neat and clean, there were enough machines for everyone and I had access to so many things to help me workout. The trainers & staff here are beyond friendly and helpful (Dr.vadivelan is the absolute best!) It's a positive environment with a diverse community. If you're new to fitness and are looking to join a gym, this is the best place to start since it's not too intimidating.I had shed nearly 13kgs in a healthy way in 8months.
