I had ordered a pineapple cake today from this store however the cake was so bad that none of my birthday guest liked it, everyone was denying to even have a slice of it. The kind of taste they have served in Rs600 for half KG is worse than expected and I would request them to either shut their shop or stop fooling customers.

I had the worst service experience from this restaurant as i ordered from zomato, they accepted it and within 5 minutes they showed order on its way. As there was no live tracking i waited for another 40 minutes and called them as i asked my question, they hung up without any response. I called them for another 15 minutes and the number was constantly busy. I asked zomato people and they said sorry the restaurant is not responsive to us also. I googled another number and called them, they picked and answered that our rider is back to us as he could not find the address. I mean wow and now if you want us to send the order again then it will take another half an hour to prepare and other half an hour to deliver and further as i enquired to send me the screenshot of when he called they said that please talk to zomato. Players huhhhh???
Order one surprise cake to be delivered at 12 midnight but they didn't deliver the cake and after calling them for the update the person said he will just check & call me back in 5 minutes but he never called me back nither he answered to my phone calls!! Pathetic experience!! I always use to buy cakes from you guys only but this was my last experience & I do not recommend them for surprise cake delivery
Had the worst experience possible today and it was Slice of Italy that made it possible. So the delivery provide by Zomato was awful, i had to walk 1.5 km just to take my order, the delivery guy Shubham was very rude, my order was marked as delivered 20 minutes before delivery.
After all that hassle, the restaurant topped a new kind of bad in the food taste. The pizza was out of this world, the taste was so bad we had to throw the pizza after tasting "1 slice of Italy" (They made me hate italy and Pizza). It was an all out attack on our taste buds. I hope i don't have to relieve this moment again.
If you're craving for pizza and Domino's is closed then opt for it , else it doesn't have good taste as compared to dominos like they don't have cheese crust they have some sort of different crust but all seems the same after you have it, doesn't have varieties in cheese , garlic bread was oridinary , just beneficial after 11pm since dominos and pizza hut doesn't open after 11 in most of the places of Noida.
Unprofessional attitude.....booked a cake online ... No emails or calls received.... Numbers given notnconnenot c.... Finally when got hold of an alternative number the people refused to deliver before 11.00pm at night... And their excuse was they couldn't contact us.... So they couldn't confirm the order as it cod ordero....
Food is pathetic. I have ordered pasta from here, quantity was very less and quality was even more poor, taste was ridiculous. They gave leftover food in name of Pasta. Don't ever order from here. It is pathetic.
First denied for the order as he didn't had a biker to deliver the order.
When called from a different number he said they are not accepting the order after mentioning the closing time as 1 a.m. on the website. When i tried to call the 3rd time he said that it would take 1hour 30 mins for the delivery, (Reason specified as we have lot of orders to deliver). Worst of all !!!

Capsicum pizza and a corn pizza. It has literally 2-3 piece of capsicum and corn.Barely can find the difference between both of them. Its so simple .
