Sleep Inn Guest House - Guest house in Agra - Agra, India

Owner duped us. I had booked a 2 beds but the crook said that he didn't have any. He told he will arrange mattress on floor and charge higher price. When we came to the hostel, we saw the vacant beds. He said it was booked but no one came. One person came and he asked 3 times higher price. We had to sleep on floor. Regarding facilities - the kitchen is very dirty. The flush was not working and the hostel is infested with mosquitoes.

The hostel is bad. It is full of mosquitoes and is very dingy. There is a foul smell. We saw a big rat in our room. The owners flleeced us seeing we had no other option since we reached late at night. The linen was dirty and smelly. A very bad experience. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I reached late in the evening, but I was still welcomed well. Everything was great until the morning, when they started poking in with the check out early in the morning, their behavior changed dramatically. As a matter of fact they need to be told one thing is the check out is at 11 please stop bothering for checkout as early as 8 am. I had to visit places in Agra, and I asked them to keep my luggage, that was safe and good, but when I returned to take the luggage they became aggressive that your checkout was in the morning leave now just take your luggage and leave. That's not the way you treat someone. And they did not even allow me to take pictures around the place so I could post some for a review, as if they are hiding something. Overall, the stay was good, but these people need to learn some behavior

Pathetic As it say rooms with AC there staff says in one room AC is under maintainence and in other if you are staying alone will not be able to switch on the AC for too long. Bathroom in a horrible condition. The owner was very rude as they say on website 24 hrs front desk there was no one at the desk and it was told to me at 5 in morning right now you go and come back at 6. When I came at 6 after ringing several bells then the staff got up. And in such hot summer how could you switch off the AC when the guest is sleeping in the room. If you have so many cost cutting issues you should not provide AC rooms.

They take cash including tax. Owner told me invoice will recieved by mail. After long followup not providing tax invoice neither returning tax. Be carefully.

This place smelt really bad and had lots of bugs. The staff where nice but you can find better for the same price

Rats in room , owner ask charges for providing soaps , you can't expect everything as in professional hotel ..

Pathetic It really smell bad no cleanliness at all..geyser was not working...no proper drainage in the washroom flush tank was broken Highly disappointed..that is the reason they charge less
