No breakfast offered. All other hotels offer complimentary breakfast. Initially the booked was denied stating rooms are over booked. Later I spoke with OYO representative, the room was given and it took around 30 minutes to get the room after reaching the hotel. This confusion must be avoided in future
The receptionist was Good. Booked through OYO but didn't get room on time. They said the room was overbooked. We waited for 1 hr until someone checked out.

Great rooms, didn't really use any service as it was a short stay and the Location is quiet and calm but it's kind of away from restaurants and supermarkets etc. Would definitely recommend.

Except for the location (nearer to airport) all else was sub standard. No cooks, very bad experience.
The hotel room sheets (bed was clean), spacious. However, toilet had a bad smell of urine ( There were no towels, Sanitaries like unused soaps, provided. Requested for a hand towel, hence provided the same. Charged for water bottle, as no water bottles kept. I believe that the price we paid did not provide the amenities that should have been covered.
