Probably one of the best gym I have been to. Plenty of equipment, weights and machines to get a good workout. I loved the turf area and enjoyed doing warm-up and abs there. The weight section and cardio section being on diff floors helps avoid the gym getting packed. Even though we didn't take personal training, trainers would help and correct if you are doing something incorrectly. I can't wait to come back and workout here next time we come to Chennai. Found a great place to do workouts! The studio is aesthetically good and equipments are sanitised properly. Sweat odour inside the gym was completely zero when i entered the outlet. Treated well by the front office professionals. I was trained by female trainer Ms. Sandhiya who completed sports fitness as her graduation. She made me so comfortable while doing core training. I prefered her for strength and conditioning as she excels at it. Thanks for making me fit and toned.

A fully stocked gym with top-notch, modern equipment. The instructors are really polite and patiently answer our questions. All are excellent, but I think Ajith Trainer is the best. I am familiar with him, and he instructs me and his other clients in the same manner, using healthy stress-free exercises and dietary regimens. He is a very kind and caring person. He never leaves my side, dispelled my uncertainties, and gave me moral support under any conditions. Generally speaking, a well-licensed gym and well-trained coaches.

Luxury, bit costly and premium gym in the location. It suits to person who wants attractive and premium feel. Many options of subscription with PT is available. I don't have personal experience. But many of my friends have. It's better for experienced person. Visit once and decide.

I had a great experience at Slam Gym Thirumangalam. The team was excellent, and my trainer, Mr. Ajith, was particularly knowledgeable. He utilized his skills perfectly to train each individual according to their physical condition.

However, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional treatment we received from the Slam team at Thirumangalam. Initially, we opted for a one-month package, but their service surpassed our expectations, and we have decided to extend our plan. I would like to give a special shoutout to our outstanding fitness trainer, Mr. Ajith, who possesses impressive expertise, knowledge, and skills. He creates personalized workout and exercise plans tailored to each individual's body condition and provides customized diet plans.
