Being born & grown up in & around oldwashermenpet circle. I have been to various gyms & fitness centre for almost 6-7years but believe it or not what i am upto say is absolutely true First and foremost the ambience is very elegant and snappy. Secondly, none of the gyms apart from Slam don't maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation whereas in Slam each floor has caretaker to clean the sweat and floor often. They are maintaining well hygiene atmosphere. Kudos to that . As far as i know they have 8 trainers, 1 physiotherapist, 2 receptionist, 1 dietitian and 3 caretakers. And finally what more well equipped workout & cardio machines and a space for steam bath, cross fit & yoga. During pandemic, I was struggling to restructure my lifestyle and gained so much of weight due to WFH. Ever since i joined slam its been 2 months which changed my unhealthy routine upside down. Never ever i have been consistent to any of my previous gyms. But in Slam the hospitality and the trainers are way too good which in-turn i made my regular routine to workout 6 days a week and change in healthy eating. Especially, i would like to mention about my trainer Chinna master. The motivation and support i get from him are . When i joined in August 2021, i weighed 93kgs and reduced 2kgs by end of Aug. Then with help of Chinna master PT i was further able to reduce 6Kgs more by Sep end. So far in 2months I reduced from 93kgs to 85kgs. Hoping to lose 10kgs more in next 2 months. Thanks Slam for all the support and guidance.

Great vibes , great place to put in the work ! The trainers are super cool here , especially Master Benny. He is my personal trainer and I have to say I'm new to the gym and after 8 months of training with him has given me enough confidence to lift weights I never even dreamt of.I'm proud to say that I have such a good trainer who gave me the push to take it to the next level . Cheers !

When I thought of joining a gym where I would get professional/more support, I chosed SLAM. And it didn't failed my expectation. There are Individual professionals to take care of every aspects of a clients by means of their needs. Trainers are always available and very supportive, Especially the support from physio I found personally more helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to bring change on their health and lifestyle. Only thing is it is slightly crowded during the peak hour.
