SLAM Lifestyle and Fitness Studio - Vepery - Gym in Chennai - Coromandel, India

Initially a very good gym when opened, but after COVID they have compromised on quality of gym experience. Once an Equipments breaks down, there's no fixing it. Huge cost cutting on the AC temperature. Not worthy of recommending to others.

This gym is excellent! The trainers are incredibly friendly and actively engage with me. I appreciate their advice on optimizing my workouts. After attending for a while, I've noticed some improvements in my energy levels and physique. I'm grateful for the invaluable training they provide.

This Gym is best in Vepery The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and I'm quite satisfied The staff is friendly and knowledgeable,The only downside is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours & ac and some machines of the gym could have been better Overall, a good place to stay fit.

The gym has very large space and well maintained, the trainers are very professional and every classes they teach perfectly,neat environment, nice locker room,equipments are in very gud condition, front office is well responsible when we need any assistance and this is my first experience with slam and have not been disappointed and finally you have everything one could want in a gym as well as a great location, great staff, great owner

I m so happy to share my experience abt slam gym... I had nice place to do workout over here..... Thr is big space to do my floor workout..... Equipment are well maintaied... Trainers are well certified ad training als i m so satisfied....
