This is my first time i started gym and chosen slam because of friend has chosen after i joined the place was good and pleasant and the people's too staffs and trainer. i would recommend this gym to all and try u will have big barbecue next to this gym and it is located at main in OMR road.

The trainers at the gym are so professional and amicable at the same time. My trainer Boopathi helped and supported me a lot. The place is so clean and tidy with some good parking space.

NO AC. Also very sweat smell. AC always in off. Trainer and equipment all good but environment is very worst. Cant stay with the sweat smell during workout.

Completely feel good atmosphere and trainers are more experience and soft. People are more energetic and atmospheric. Infrastructure was literally amazed but the thing is you feel much comfortable.parking facilities are good,they provide dressing room,physio therapy,lockers. Get in fired 24/7
