Great Gym but nightmare for Car Owners. If you are planning on bringing your car, BEWARE. The gym has a dedicated parking space for both cars and bikes in the complex. However only 3-4 cars can be parked in the dedicated car parking space. Despite bikes having ample parking space in the complex, the gym members who commute by bikes are also parking their bikes in the car parking space thereby rendering no space for car parking. Despite making numerous complaints at the reception of the gym ,there is no seriousness or action taken by the gym. So be careful about this point before taking a membership at this gym.

A very bad experience for me . They dont keep their words. They are doing business in a fraud way. I paid for the membership of the gym for one year in the month of February 2023 and told them i can join only from March . That time they said its ok mam there wont be any issue . You can just let us know when you can join. Unfortunately my MIL passed away in March 2023 and I couldn't join. Eventually I joined in June 2023 and I reminded them that this is the first day I am starting. Kindly change the joining date. They just said OK. Now after two months of training I didn't lose much of weight and got injured . Too much of politics goes on there among the trainers and the management. I wanted to discontinue and transfer the membership to my husband which they have in the option. I asked them for my husband's membership till the time I have my membership expiry date . But to my surprise John Master is saying they can't do that as i have the billing date of paying for the membership in February. How cruel. I mean do they think they are gonna run long in this way? I dint know who the hell is the management there. During any query you won't get any person available as a manager apart from trainers. They keep changing front desk person every now and then. Please don't fall for their trap. Worst experience I had. And moreover they concentrate only to people who gets Personal Training.

I am taking back my word on this gym. A lot of trainers have quit and the place seems to be more of a DIY place, rather than a training centre. Only if you pay money or opt for PT, the trainers come and attend to you. Otherwise you have to be on your own. No help or no guidance . I regret joining this gym. Just putting up for the very reason, as I have paid for one year. If not, I would have quit long time ago. Worst place to ever train.

Babu sir and Dharani is the only trainer who gives personal attention without any expectation. I have noticed for other ladies who joined newly like me he is the one who takes the responsibility to train them.Thanks a lot sir. Kindly request the management to convey other trainers to also pitch in for help for new joiners. If we don't opt for personal training they will see you like stanger, which needs to be addressed..Otherwise the gym is good

We have paid the annual membership in slam Navalur but due to some reasons we have shifted from here to some other location so only we are giving this membership to someone who are willing to join in slam navalur and Mylapore

A very good place to transform your body as you want. Always can feel free to communicate with the trainers to clarify the doubts. Trainers are very friendly and supportive. A very good atmosphere, clean environment good management.

One of the worst place. They promote by giving offers but they don't even help in removing the weights from the equipment. How can a female remove 100 kgs from the equipment exercised by a men. They force you take personal training. If you say NO. Then they would consider you as stranger or a trespasser. Coaches would never come by your side.
