Been coming here for the past 5 months and it's one of my best decisions ever. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. My personal trainer is Surya and he has really made my workout sessions a lot of fun and effective.
It's been a month I have taken PT under master Palani . There has been a good change in my physic and I feel now more confident. They have a good atmosphere to workout and good music. They take care of hygiene a lot . The staffs are very cooperative here and always warm and welcoming. I am very much happy and satisfied with the training and trainer .
The ambiance is conducive, meticulously maintained. Our trainers possess extensive expertise. I enrolled at SLAM with the goal of weight reduction, and Mr. Palani, my dedicated trainer, provided effective guidance. My focus has expanded beyond weight loss to include muscle strengthening. The management is exceptionally friendly.
Good equipments and nice to workout, as it is a 24hrs gym you can do workout at anytime, especially a good option for people's who's working on rotational shifts.
I'm new to this environment and I have a great gym experience! Started my training journey with trainer Jeeva. He is really knowledgeable and motivating also trainer Sankar always supports us during training whenever needed. The facilities they provide are always clean and well-maintained. The other staffs are also dedicated by helping us to reach our fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym for a fulfilling workout experience.

My decision to join SLAM (palavakkam) 3month ago has been one of my best decision in recent times . The trainers here are very much knowledgeable and the equipments are extremely good. I got great assistance from my trainer Jeeva who guides and supports me during my training sessions. The amount of knowledge he got about fitness and training is commendable.
