I have been working out here for the past 5 years, and now I'm forced to leave this gym because of poor maintenance. Most of the equipment seats and dumbells are damaged. Floor mats have come out. For the last 7 to 8 months, AC has not been working properly. Without AC, it's really difficult to work out due to the bad air circulation, which causes suffocation and bad smell inside the gym area. When I started commenting about these issues on their INSTAGRAM page, they kept on deleting my comments, and finally, they BLOCKED me.

Great place to workout. It's maintained so clean. There are more hydraulic machines and treadmills.We have restrooms for male and female separately. also, there is a change room as well as a steam room. Personal trainers are available, where the fee is separate. They provide offers often.

I am a client of personal trainer Jay, His training sessions are amazing. Within a few days, I can feel the difference. I feel energetic and active after started participating in training classes. 1 for the equipments. Very crowded at peak hours and un planned Gym by Slam team as the CrossFit area is very small not suitable for any kind of moving workout. And apart from 2-3 trainers most of the personal trainers are the illiterate bullies they behave like a Guards to their PT clients and don't let other clients workout in this gym and I had personally encountered with a Moron literally a illiterate mentally poor guy who disturbed me during workouts and gave his client VIP treatment by getting in my nerves and got back 2x of what he deserved. There are bunch of unutilised trainers in the gym who occupies the corner too you can't have some place to sit and relax. Overall a bad experience in joining SLAM Gerugambakkam branch they should standardize all branches otherwise some Top rated corporate Gyms like Cultfit may surpass your services.

Good facility and Trainers with ample experience. Most importantly having a cordially receptionist to welcome all. Things to improve: Need ladies trainers for females.

Commercialised gym. Either take personal trainer by monthly fees of 5k-6k if not, none of the trainers see you exist in the gym and totally avoid you.

This gym has lots of equipments to work out ,all trainers are good,but management need to concentrate in cleaning of tread Mills and insist members to bring there own towels.also at the treadmills side we need blinds bcoz sun light make us uneasy to do the exercises . Date .12/10/2023 I have made a complaint on cleaning and discomfort in the gym but you replied to the star ratings.what action will be taken for the complaints,can i escalate the complaints to SLAM customer care.

Slam GYM in gerugambakkam is one of the finest gym I have seen. They maintain the gym with absolute neatness. And the equipments are high standards where we can't find it in any other gyms. Some of the words about my personal trainer Mr.Jagan. He is really a gentle trainer who motivates and support his clients. A calm trainer who is there whenever we need support and help.
