Very good gym. The training is v good. Individual guidence in training is given to each candidate there. The trainers are v interactive . They listen to ur queries sincerely and solve them with great dedication . The atmosphere there in the gym is also v nice . My fav thing in the gym is the music which continues during the whole period of training. Doing tough exercises along with listening music makes it enjoyable .
This is so far the best gym in Ashiana, Lucknow. They offer a lot of different training programmes like weight loss, martial arts, aerobics, gym, yoga, lipo etc. When I joined here I was really happy to see my results,m body inches were getting low. They have very good equipments and the best part is they give personal training along with diet session to help you with your weight. Very good fitness centre, you'll see a difference after joining. Must try.
Its a very good gym where one will find a suitable environment to exercise.. i actually enjoy doing exercise there.. Specially the trainer is very good in his skills.. he will motivate you every second.
The gym is clean and well kept.equipments are in good condition. Sunil sir is really great as a great trainer.staff is also friendly.
