Skyotel - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Everything was perfectly fine just two things : 1. They even cant cooperate to give you printout. 2. No fans in the lobby if you wanna discuss with your visitor you need to go to dinning area.

I don't have dine-in/ stay experience but i ordered food from here through Swiggy and man!! It was one of the heartiest meal i ever ordered. Everything cooked to perfection, no extra oil floating, fresh and hot!! Good job guys

The hotel is good, the room was very neat and clean, and the washroom was also very clean. The reason for 1-star is: 1. They have untrained staff in their restaurant, when asked to put jam n butter on bread, then he said rudely "La kar de dete hai khud se laga lijiye". 2. The crockery they have in their restaurant is all bone china, when asked to provide an alternate they said they don't have any other, also all the plates were scratched n old.

Poorest staff I have ever encountered. They follow government rules when on call and then take money in person. All staff members of administration are very rude as well. So if you are looking for a kind of place where you get hospitality Hotel Skyotel is the last place where you can be.

We went to a dinner party. The main highlight is that the food is *Delicious*..we had 5/6 variety of starters, soup, main course and dessert. For starters we had dry manchurian paneer tikka galouti kabab and other items all the items were 10 on 10 the starters were totally worth it coming to the soup we had manchow soup the taste was perfect and talking about the menu it was very niche, the best item we like was aloo hing and lasagna but all other items were good, coming to the deserts we had again a different menu like pineapple halwa and mango kheer. Ambiance is good as well. The location is a little towards inside but service is good so all in all recommended for a small and medium gathering.

Hotel is pretty basic & good for a night stay but the in-house food is way too expensive considering Hotel room tariff.Better to get for Zomato/Swiggy for food.

I recently stayed at Skyotel with my family and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were of decent quality and had all the necessary amenities. However, we did face some issues during our stay. Firstly, the restaurant was a bit costly compared to other nearby places, so we ended up eating outside most of the time. Secondly, the hotel did not allow a late checkout, which was a bit inconvenient for us. The biggest issue we faced was with the keys. They got deactivated frequently and we had to get them reactivated at the reception every time we went out and came back. It was quite frustrating, as it wasted a lot of our time. Moreover, the reception staff kept questioning about our room numbers and where we were going every time we came in after having a good time outside. This was really annoying and made us feel unwelcome. However, despite these issues, the room service staff was good. They were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, while the hotel had some good qualities, the issues we faced detracted from our experience. I would recommend Skyotel to those who don't mind frequent key deactivations and constant questioning by the staff, but would suggest looking elsewhere for those who want a more hassle-free stay.
