One of the best apartment in the vicinity. Has lot of space inside , greenery all around, amphi theater, mini football ground, well maintained swimming pool and gym. Especially lot of open area to breathe. Although it looks bit old, but with the effort of like-minded people in the society no doubt it's gonna look as new. Lot of improvement happening. Best place to invest your money. More over, when you step out of the apartment complex, everything required for your day to day needs (vegetable, fruits, super market,medical, ATM, hospital,etc) are just a step away.

2015-16 constructed. Builder-Landowner issue was there. Salesperson not that transparent, behave like owner and slightly arrogant if customers ask more questions. For 7-8 year old constructed building, the salesperson quote 95 lakhs.... price way too high. Non-RERA it seems. People who don't bother about papers and documents, and have too much money can try.
Sales department team feels like they are owners . I checked 2-3 plots find that ventilation is good but already leakage started . As per experience quantity not maintained seems
Very well located with great ambiance. Well designed layout with good amenities. The flats are well designed naturally lit and ventilated. Very cohesive society, full of activities It took long for the place to come up but now it has come up beautifully.
It is new, fresh, bright and airy apartment. So bright, no corner of house needs additional light. So airy, you don't even need fans.
I stay here and I really like this place. I even like more than my own apartment back at my place
