Very bad experience. Not recommend for families. Father and son are taking bookings without proper coordination. Both are not available in the homestay, also not attending the phonecalls. Booking advance given for upper floor bedrooms, but they provided one room in ground floor, that room is their family used room. Which is not good for guest. Toilet have leakage of upper floor drainage pipes. Confirm the bedrooms floor before paying the advance..
Don't take hotel far from munnar center the roads are very dangerous with mist and no street light.
