Poor experience, my phone Samsung A52 4G out of warranty was not working after I performed update, 1st they said lets try doing software update and that did not work then they motherboard needs to be replaced for Rs9855 which I did not liked. After few days I got my phone in working condition from Mumbai in Samsung service center for just Rs177 and doing update. Please improve your service at Ulhasnagar
I visited this Samsung Service centre one week back for display issue with my S20plus. Though I was in follow up with Samsung customer care email team for 50 days and once i got the approval for display replacement these service centre guys were quick to act upon it and arranged and replaced the display within a day (infact within 3 hours). Really happy with their quick service.
Useless, it was total time waste to go there, they even cudnt find the issue and they wr saying directly motherboard issue before opening the cell, same thing was just got fixed by other local repair store by just done the simple reset of cellphone, n it's working now, I won't recommend anyone to go to service centre of ulhasnagar, ( Skylark) they just waste your time by asking to come after sometime, really pathetic service i have ever received in my life.
I went there for the Samsung Galaxy Phone, even before touching the phone they started telling me the charges. my experience with Lenovo / Motorola has been quite seamless comparing that to this. These Guys are money Monger only caring to make as much as they can from your broken phone.
This place has moved to Opp. Sanjeevni Eye Clinic, Parmanand Transport Building. My Review: Phone Under Warranty still I had to pay extra for unlocking a forgotten password. Received in an hour. Prompt service. Place was clean & maintained.
