Good gym with multi-fit and dance classes. Multi-fit classes includes Abs workout, Tabata, planktons, strength training, aerobics, cross-fit and yoga. They focus more on self trained workouts instead on depending on machines or tools for better health goals. They offer great gym and multi-fit classes at reasonable price and also organise outdoor activities every month. Trainers are polite with clients and are well trained. I have never seen a gym offering so much for your overall physical and mental health, other gyms charges so much and aren't value for money.
If your goal is to have great physical and mental health at reasonable charges and minimal tools - grab a suitable membership plan from Sky5 Fitness and be relaxed as they will take care 360 degree of your workout to be healthy and happy.
