Sky Villa Residency - Hotel in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

Had a terrible experience here. Firstly all the pictures here are old so kindly don't trust the pictures at all. They are maybe a year old pictures and now the scenario is totally different. We went to the loaction and got to know that there were no rooms available at tha moment and had to spend almost more than 2 hours in friend's room. And they alocated our room almost at 5.30, almost 5 hours after we reached. The location is nice but very isolated. If you need even a pin you need to walk a kilometer to get it. Talking about the room, the walls are shading the colour off. The beds make noise even if you try to sit. Rooms are quite spacious but it could be more better for whatever they charged. The management should be more eo4.

I think this place is in a fantastic location, but it's expensive for what it is. The bed sheets are very old and dirty, the blanket smells bad, pillow is old and not comfortable. The room looked clean, but they can have some minor maintenance to make it look more representable. The bathroom was not clean at all, the toilet looks it was never cleaned, there was hair all over the floor and drain.

Very very frustrating do not go to this hotel, I booked room through agoda but they are saying it is not booked. This place mostly couples visit they even charge you as per there mood. Staffs are not polite and not co operative. I did not even felt safe. Avoid this place in case you want to stay there. I was waited so long to just start the booking formally directly . Bad experience staffs are even taking money directly to there account and giving for 2 3 hours to there known once .

This hotel provides a disappointing experience due to the room's poor condition and unfriendly receptionist. The online pictures do not accurately reflect the actual state of the hotel.

Poor service at reception. Now they are messaging on whatsapp for low ratings. Really disturbing now. It's really unsafe place to visit from next time. 1 week ago you were giving me in 1100- 1200 now suddenly this behaviour of your is not acceptable. Your rooms are not that top notch which deserve 1500. You have Basic rooms .

staff and receptionist Are rude behaviour. Room not properly clean and food facility not available. This hotel room book means waste of money and quality time.........

Very nice greenry and peaceful area. Rooms are very spacious.

Nice stay compared to other avenues in vicinity . The service was amazing and friendly . They were courteous and upgraded us . AC cooling was an issue and they instantly repaired it as well . Good balcony for early morning tea and bf . Overall a good experience .
