01/11/2023, Wednesday around 7.30pm. I had a great experience at Hotel Sky Paradise during an unexpected stop on our way to Mysore. When heavy rain forced us to halt our journey, we approached the front desk for a room. The front desk manager/executive showed exceptional kindness, understanding our situation and offering a luxurious room at a generous discount. Their humane approach, not taking advantage of our situation, was truly commendable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality and empathy. Hotel Sky Paradise, keep up the excellent service!
Clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. The room was tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower did not have sufficient water pressure but I did not mind since they had given a bucket and mug. Soap, shaving kit, and a comb was available in the bathroom. Also a hair dryer. Kettle and water was available in the room. The parking is sufficient and secured but not covered.
We really had an awesome stay, really world-class hotel. All amenities at the hotel was world class, The owners really know what they are doing, I also need to mention that the built quality of the rooms is remarkable Really impressed

Good facility but poorly maintained. Service is average.
The ambience was not quite satisfying. though the pricing was Okey.
Hotel is not providing shower gel. No milk powder in room's pantry.
Decent facility. They need to improve service. Staff needs hospitality training. May be they are here to service only their bar customers. Will not recommend as hotel to stay overnight.
