You may experience discrimination. I witnessed it. It was pathetic. People sue for such a treatment and win. Food is worst and uncooked. The staff was unprofessional, within 5 minutes of receiving my food order they started pressuring me to leave quickly even though our food was not even finished. If you are a North Indian, be prepared to face discrimination.

Nothing here except for the location. Food was bad to say the least. Staff not interested. Can go there for a quick bite but don't expect a good dining experience from this part of your Varkala holiday. Expensive!!!

Worst Service!!! They were not ready to attend the table in afternoon or was asked many times to come. Food taste is okay . Not sure about other menu items. Not a place to visit twice. Worst staff behaviour . Average food

This is a place where we can enjoy a cold beer with our friends and family, The upper deck has a direct view to the sea and you can sip your beer by looking at the sunset. Btw the food here is not that great.

I have visited this place a few years ago and loved it. But now, the service has become pathetic. Me and my husband ordered our food, and after a long time my husband got his food. We waited for even more and enquired about my food to the waiter. He just shrugged and said which food you are talking about. I was already tired and starving and this unprofessional attitude and very long wait time totally ruined my mood. Don't go to this place if its crowded!

Worst ever service. Everyone are North Indians here and won't give basic respect too. Better avoid!!

They served burnt food.we have ordered basic food like dragon chicken , lollypop and parotta. All items were literally burned . Not at all recommended for people who are visiting varkala. Earlier they used to serve good food ,But this time it sucks.. Person who it sitting at cash counter is not even ready to listen to the feedback I gave as a customer. Only the location is good . Service , quality of food is very bad . Not at all recommended . Go to some other places if you really want to enjoy varkala. Better to shut down this place.

The service was so good and faster then they are so down to earth and serves well and so friendly The food is so good and compare to other hotels in the clift this is the best we have had and they are good, hygiene and too transperantly made and served the food and the items are too cheepers
