Rooms were below average but it was expected from the beginning. But the main surprising factor was that bed was not clean it had layers of dust. Staffs didn't even cared to clean it before we arrived. Manager was quite a silent guy more like he was not at all interested in having guest. All the time he talked about check out time only. Extra Bed sheets not Available. Location of the hotel Is very bad, Cabs can't go inside. Rooms should be cleaned properly before the arrival of guests. AC remote was not working. The Single bed was broken and it was difficult to sleep in that. Please take hotel business seriously.

Only pros is that it is close to Suburban and Chennai Central railway station. Staff behaviour was good. Road to the property is dirty and not safe for ladies at night. 3 person Room was on the top floor, was very hot. Better to take AC Room. Room was packed with mosquitos. We bought good night coil, that too didn't help. Toilet was not in good shape.
I can suggest 4 star nice hotel but u will not get hot water I pipe that's all I can see the location is in slum so pls aware
This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Its a 0 rating hotel. 2 huge rats destroyed all my stuff when i went out for some time, just after checkin. I decided to leave the hotel but the manager Kumar was not ready to give refund.. i polietly asked him to atleast refund partial amount since I did not use the room at all...he was too rude and refused directly without even any apologies. It was a pathetic experience.
the way it seems to be from outside it's not the reality.. however average for one night. Never preferred to go with family. The outside area is way worst in between slum area. Ladies may feel very uncomfortable. No geyser and hot water. no bedsheets provided. Beds are not clean , full of mosquitoes, overall horrible night stay. Best part is very near to metro , all food , hotels are very easy to access.No geyser and hot water , the area is completely in slum area. not preferred to go with family , night was pathetic with mosquitoes.
It's within the walkable distance from Chennai Central railway station. Staffs are well behaved and the rooms are good but the only problem is it is located in the slum area and a big garbage place is there behind the hotel which causes lots of fly and mosquito nuisance. If that particular thing is adjustable for anyone then it's a good budget hotel to stay in Chennai.
