Pathetic!! hotel i ever visited 1. Price of the room they said is 1800 gave your for rs 1500 approx ( in reality the room prices not deserved more then 400-500rs) 2. All for what they are making money is for the area in which they had hotel 3. Menu ( prices printed on the menu is incorrect ) and said this is not our menu this is of previous hotel which is operated earlier on that particular place ( i just ordered tea there it came almost after 1 hour of your order). 4.hotel room is of pathetic condition ( no staff friendly, they can't just even once came to clean the room ,television not working properly. If anyone ever travelled lucknow just don't go to that place ( even after reading this anyone want to just ho and vist that place yourself ). If there is an option available on google i'll star it zero or less.
This is the worst hotel. The price of the hotel is too high. In the name of services. They provide you nothing. I said for the plates for the dinner and in return, they say "we do not provide Plates of you bring foods from the outside." staff was unprofessional.
The hotel is ok. The staff is good but you have to ask them for services. The hygiene is also ok. Unfortunately the day we stayed the lift stopped working so it was a little troublesome. The good thing about it is its location and access to restaurant.
Extremely unsatisfactory service. Booked the hotel for an engagement. The air conditioning worked only for 1 out of 6 hours, and the staff wasn't doing anything about it. The electricity kept going off and the backup power wasn't working as well. The staff was very lazy, unless told to do a piece of work at least 4 times, the staff wouldn't even budge from their positions.
The room was not clean at all And hotel staff wasn't any help And their menu shows different prices and they charge different price so please be careful of this fraudulent hotel.
The service of this hotel is really PATHETIC... Staff members are not responsible. Service is not on time. Never ever had this kind of bad experience. It is nothing but dissapointment. Choose wisely.:)
