The worst gym experience ever. The owner of the gym is a crack head. She wants to dominate everyone and looks down on every single person in there. The rules here are very weird.you can use the treadmill but cannot run. If she doesn't train you , you have a max time of 1.5hrs inside the gym. If she does train you the gym is all yours. Restrictions of using phone. Then there is the other side, the unhealthy side. She literally nags everyone to take up her unhealthy diets and then scolds and punishes people who have gained weight (not kilos but grams) she encourages people to loose 10-15kgs in a month which is very unhealthy and unscientific.

Nice gym spacious and good and supporting trainers, overall a good habitual place.
