In my experience, I had a terrible personal trainer at this gym. He started my fitness journey with four straight days of leg workouts, which caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. As a result, I had to take several days off to recover before continuing. However, when I tried to schedule my next session, the trainer claimed that there were no available slots, leaving me waiting for an extended period. Eventually, the trainer cancelled our sessions altogether and never refunded me, the entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this gym or trainer to anyone

Having two different sections for strength and cardio is really great.
And the trainer(SREENU) over there conducts cardio sessions which gives good results.
Excellent gym which is of two floors one of the top notch gyms in the area with amazing equipment. Mr.Srinu is an excellent fitness trainer and a well mannered person will always guide the best. He has a very good knowledge and understanding of fitness .
Gym is very well equipped . Srinu Anna is a nice trainer . Very spacious and polite staff. Has two floors one for cardio and one for strength and it's fully air conditioned

Speaking in terms of the place, cleanliness, equipment, hospitality, professionalism, this gym is simply amazing! The trainers are very helpful and they're always there to guide you. The CrossFit area on the first floor makes it even more flattering. Every week they have functional training sessions which is something new and exciting. I would totally recommend this gym to all my friends!
