It's ok, not a great place. I personally didn't like their maintenance, it was unhygienic(almost all dumbbells are rusted) and inappropriate floor. Also it is crowded with lots of people making it difficult to workout, so management needs to make few changes!! After 8 it's less crowded.
You are going to get yourself a broken back and even if you dont the ego's of the people working there will break you mentally. They are ignorant and they don't know anything about the exercises they are teaching. I want to write a harsh review but google doesn't allow me to do that. Please understand and if you don't believe me, ask them how to squat bench and deadlift. You will believe me then. Bunch of evil clowns
