Gym and trainers are all good,but in morning time there is a customer who put very loud music though in these days we have a facility to hear our own music in our Bluetooth earphones, it's a common sense to understand,which is annoying for others.Others may keep quiet but I am taking step and giving the review here to get attention of any Gym staff.

This Gym is what I think about when I think of a perfect gym. Owing to its amazing infrastructure and well maintained Gym,the equipments are nicely maintained. One of its own kind. No better gym in mysore Wonderful workout space, spacious, 3 storeyed building. Customer oriented service. Certified trainers, it's not just one trainer.. they do have couple of trainers. Offering strengthening/cardio/cross fit and group classes. It is budget friendly and worthy, have different package to offer.
Quite good gym has totally three floors. The fitness centre start from 1 st floor and has another 2 floors above the gym totally covers three floors. The first floor has the gym with all neccessary equpiments locker room steam etc. The second floor has a studio setup for dance and zumba workouts. And the upper or last floor has the physical workouts area like tirelifting etc

Sufficiently equipped Gym, Good location , Has two floors, One floor is dedicated for Zumba , Dance etc. Gym has knowledgable trainers, Can get crowded in the evenings.
