Good response from the sales team. They were not reluctant when asked for a test drive. Provided all sales related info promptly.

I have an on-going crisis due to Skoda and EVM team. I had purchased a Slavia in Jan 2023. But 3 months into purchase, the car went into service. Turns out the AC pipe was bent and car was filling up with water. After investigation, we got to know that the car was a May 2022 model and chassis number was registered under someone else's name. There was a mismatch in bill as well. An amount of 30k was unaccounted for. Skoda customer care is not responding to my queries. There is a good chance I have been scammed.
