The worst customer service ever. The employee of EVM cheated me and EVM says it is not their responsibility. They don't even update the customer if the representative has moved out. Stay away from this fraud. Pathetic experience.
Visited Skoda showroom today for checking a vehicle. Fairly smaller showroom, but the vehicle was readily available for test drive even in short notice. Saifuddin from showroom has been extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the visit. Only drawback on experience at the showroom was the absence of proper air conditioning for someone entering the showroom on a hot Saturday afternoon. Hoping to see some improvement on this by the time of delivery of the vehicle! :)
Joined skoda family yesterday as my new Skoda Kushaq was delivered. Wonderful experience at EVM Skoda kannur, expecially Mr Sayeed who explained a lot about the car and clarified all the queries. Hope the company will continue the similar.
It is a small showroom and new service center is coming up as per the sales person. I went there to check Skoda Rapid and test drive vehicle was not available. They took the contact details and arranged proper test drive later (they even allowed me to take the car to my home to check the parking constraints) even though I was not sure about my car purchase. Special thanks to sales person Aneesh. +ves Friendly and supportive staff Prompt follow ups -ves Small (it is just a sales outlet) It was not listed in Skoda website before We need to wait and see how the service support going to be in the future. Edit: 03-Aug-2021 This dealer is led by the Calicut main dealer and they are not refunding the booking amount even after multiple follow ups. It has to be processed by Calicut office it seems. New customers, please take a note. In case of any issues/concerns customer has to deal with different office. Whole Kushaq launch was not handled properly by Skoda. Local dealer did not have display/test drive vehicle even 2 weeks after the official launch. I had booked it few days before the official launch but Skoda failed to deliver.
