I have had a bad experience on servicing my car, I had misunderstanding with a person who has to took instructions to service the car and tried talking to the manger who is moseen, and that becomes a another big headache doesn't have any professionalism. This particular showroom is charging extra 1.5 percent apart from the bill. If your using card.

Good customer service. But, suspecting that they are lagging with technical knowledge. My car met with an accident and their response and repair skill was good. But had some small difference with wheel alignment report. Some data's were not in the spec. But, unfortunately there was nobody to explain me on those spec differences. In general I am happy with their service centre. But, not fully satisfied.

Had to replace rear wiper as it was damaged by car cleaner. Immediately replaced and also additional power window switch tweaking was done as asked . Very happy and prompt service. Am happy but mine was small issue not any major service as such

Poor customer service. Gone to showroom today to check the availability of Rapid. They don't have Rapid and not willing to promote as well. Straight response was to check Octavia or Kushqa, provided you have budget for 15+ lakhs
