I had a very bad experience of my second service here..Lot of delay they made. and also It was not cleaned properly Because of delay & false promises to delivery early , I faced problem for delay in consultation for my patients in clinic. I think I don't want to consider my services in future!

Excellent customer service, adequately knowledgeable, prompt response to problems and very good follow up. Most satisfying experience. The person who attended to us by name Nisha was too good at public relations too.

Service guys unable to find problems and to solve the same, very pathetic . Needed another service centre at udupi, why should customers suffer by traveling to tafe access mangalore service to get unsatisfied service. After sales there should be good relationship with customers, but that's not happening. Looking forward for new service centre at udupi. Try to maintain standards after sales. But the guy by name shashank gives his best try to solve the issues. Overall improvements needed. Regards

Taking more than reasonable time also charging more. My experience was bad. For a regular service they took entire day. Looking for another service center nearby for future service.
