I am from Kolkata West Bengal. It was my first visit to Ludhiana. We arrived at the hotel in our uber and it was very easy to locate. The place is situated in Ludhiana's financial hub known as firoze gandhi market which houses all major nationalised and international banks and also the the stock exchange. We arrived at the hotel in December 2017 it was very cold in the state of Punjab. The receptionist in an extremely prompt manner completed all check in formalities and we were escorted to our room. It was very clean and value for money and we had double occupancy so they had already prepared our room with blankets. Over all its very good the staff was very prompt and polite. Not to mention one must have food from downstairs which you order in your room from a restaurant B7 it has delicious food.
Just awesome I stay ur hotel approx 40 days. Best ever stay at hotel. Room service was best. Room very neat and clean. Very very helpful reception. GPS location is right but still very difficult to find in night, only a small entrance on ground floor and reception is on 4th floor. Rooms are good & so is breakfast. But on my booking, night attendant was perhaps sleepy as he picked phone very late and asked me to come to reception to pick water bottles(chargrable) . Lift is very small (2-3 people max) so my group had to go in parts to our respective floors. Also hot water ran out in morning though it came back. Overall good location and decent place.
