Dr Abhishek is wonderful doctor who caters to every query of the patient. He is very humble and patient in his approach and very specific about the course of treatment. Skinstitute boasts of a well organised office with trained amicable staffs who are always ready to help. I am very satisfied after my sessions with the doctor as my problem was resolved with care and precision. Overall it was a good experience for me and would definitely recommend Skinstitue .

First of all doctors behaviour is excellent like a freind . he listen deases history and then write prescription. I am 90% satisfied . Iam suffering in sebroheic dermatitis.

The doctor is good, but their staff is so bad that they force patients to buy medicines. Firstly, the doctor gave me some medicine that did not suit me, and when I consulted with the doctor again, they changed the medicine. Now, when I returned the old medicine and bought the new one, there was still some money left. I told them to return the money, but they said they do not have a policy for refunds and forced me to keep the money with them or just buy more medicine or the moisturizer and facewash that the doctor suggested. I explained that I hadn't tried the moisturizer or facewash yet and couldn't buy more than one tube, but they did not listen to me and insisted on making a purchase. I agreed to buy two more moisturizers with the money I had left, but then they asked me to pay more. When I inquired why, they said it was because the products were more expensive than the remaining money. I suggested that they adjust and provide products within the money I had left, but they refused, saying they couldn't do that. They forced me to pay more, and I reluctantly did so. After coming back home, I tried the moisturizers and found that they contained oxybenzone, which doesn't suit me or most people. I cannot use these moisturizers, and now I have three of them. I feel like I wasted my money. Please, I urge you not to keep the hard-earned money of patients in such a manner. Another issue I encountered was during my visits to the hospital to consult with the doctor. They didn't resolve my problem and simply advised me to come back. I explained that I couldn't return because I had a train to catch. If they had provided a solution to my problem during any of my three visits, I wouldn't have needed to write this review. Unfortunately, they didn't address my issue at all, and I had to keep the prescribed medicine. I have clearly told them that i came from another city i cannot revisit again and again still i reconsult 3 time when i was there but still they do this to me. You could have simply sold the medicine to another patient instead of forcing me to buy it, which does not suit my face. You should just refund my money rather than compelling me to purchase two more. Now I have three tubes of moisturizer in stock that I cannot use, and my money has been wasted. If your policy is incorrect, then please consider changing it, as this is not a satisfactory solution; it's just a waste of the patient's money and reflects that you guys are a money-minded people.

The doctor behaviour is superb...I see many doctors but heratly saying Dr.Abhishek is something special for me....I definately recommend to my friends and other ........on the date of 16-11-2023 I was first meet the skinstitute .....I was suffering skin problem almost 20 days ...then I was started to continue medicine as per Dr.Abhishek opinion...nd believe me I fill on this same day almost recovered 90%..........

I went in for a consultation for a scar I had from my childhood . First off, the office is gorgeous and clean and a wonderful group of staff members that greet me with a warm welcome. I met with Dr.Kumar Abhishek who was kind and attentive as I told him about my problem he listened to my concerns and recommended that I start with Laser to diminish the appearance of the scarring. I felt so comfortable that I decided to get my first Laser session with him on the very same day. Honestly, I felt that the laser experience was quite pleasant and therapeutic in the hands and expertise of Dr Kumar Abhishek.Thank you again Skinstitue dermatology for a wonderful experience.
