I am taking treatment for last 8 months but today when I visited the centre I was unhappy with the way the hygiene is taken care off. Using of used razor and unavailability of safety eye googles were disappointing as a customer experience. Also doctor was not available due to this I denied taking treatment today. I asked for concerned authority to share my feedback but the staff was not capable to handle such issues. I request the management to have strong supervision to ensure customer safety and experience.
