Very nice service. I did not get expected result until first 4 sessions. It basically depends on the therapist expertise to give you the required results. Thank fully I found an amazing therapist Daksha Patel who got the change in my results . My growth was reduced by almost 60% after she started being my therapist. She is well experienced very kind and generous therapist from Pune location. Much recommended.

PATHETIC SERVICE NO VALUE FOR OUR MONEY AND TIME. FAULS PROMISES AND NO COMMITMENT Skinnsi Pune , these people provide so pathetic service that I feel it was better to go to the salon for waxing and go through the pain. My first session was so terrible that I thought to cancel the service immediate basis. My whole body was burned and I had to take medicine for couple of months to cure it. Then they assigned a new therapist which went good till the 4th session. For my 5th session I couldn't book my appointment and when called the customer care they said the clinic is closed and I had to take sessions at a different clinic. After waiting for long time I got appointment and on the day I had to wait 45 min outside the clinic as they were not opened. Also the therapist Kushi was not available and they assigned another one Bhumi who is not from that clinic, though she did a good job but now I am not able to make appointment with the same therapist. 1st of all they didn't close the session due to which I was not able to make appointment nor I was able to give feedback for Bhumi. Now I don't get to choose the same therapist and need to go with a new therapist. While paying the money the sales team assured for same therapist for the entire 6 sessions. Now I only get to hear SORRY from the customer care. The doctor were never available at the clinic and last when I was at viman Nagar clinic the lady doctor was so hesitant to touch my skin that she asked the therapist to show her the concerned skin it was so embarrassing. Total waste of money. Sales person Sudarshan , I couldn't gey hold of him for a clarification. And these people ask for reference and give them a visual feedback.

Frauds. They took my money and now won't schedule a session. I am calling every day! Everyone promises but does nothing at all. The sales person will promise a lot but not give anything in return. They will not fulfill their promises. Only here for sales. My whole money is wasted. Please don't go to these frauds.

I completed my 2 sessions of full body hair removal from Mumbai and have 0 result. My hair growth is just the same as it was before my first session. This is pathetic. I have been told to keep patience the results will show up in next session and so on. This is really a scam and i am victim of it now. They guarantee that 6 session will reduce hair growth to 89-90%. I don't see even 10%. And the thing is nobody cares about it. The therapist never talk to us to get out review and don't bother about the results. It's just that they are fooling all of us. Please do not go for this treatment at all. Just waste of money.

Skinsii is a trusted brand and their services are surely topnotch. I really appreciate Ms. Swapnali's dedication to her work. She was very professional and polite. Explained to me all the benefits, risks for laser hair removal. She was very careful throughout the session while giving the treatment. Their packages are attractive too.

Unprofessional technician. Tries to avoid all session and you have to pay for it. Very bad experience. Please do not go for this service. Rahul Chavhan is the only technician in Pune and behaves like he owns the company. His manager is also very arrogant. When you call customer support they are even worse. Guy called Gaurav Chaudhri is so ignored about the customer's issues am he will go to any extent to save the technician. Don't know what secret relationship they have .

Just had a laser hair reduction session with Daksha. She is fantastic. She is very sweet and hard working. She made the entire process quick and pain-free. Five stars!

I had my hydra facial appointment with Sangeeta nivalkar and she is one of the best therapist. The hydra facial session went so well she explained me each and every detail about hydra facial and the after precautions that I m suppose to take. I am super happy with here service
