First, there is no system in place & doctors are keep on changing .meaning no transparency in the treatment as well diagnosis.Seriously there are multiple contradicting suggestions by staff & doctor . And the front desk behaves & treat us like ATM & always looks to make more money rather providing right treatment. This after my & wife's one year visit with couple of lakhs spent. In one word no value for money. If you really want to improve kindly treat the customer like customer not like ATMs & please guide /train front office how to behave.

Got my chemical peel in 2021 and till now I'm suffering because of the mistake I did by choosing skin lab. They charged me 4K including doctor's consultation. I thought the doc will know better of my skin condition and help me get what my skin needs. She recommended sali acid chemical peel and it has shown the worst effect on my skin. My skin was way better before the treatment. I miss my old skin now! My skin's condition is worst now, nothing is suiting my skin, nothing is helping to change my skin damage. Worst service ever!

Hai ,from past 5 months am visiting skinlab for my treatment, i have been taking glutathione injections ,laser treatment and hair GFC ,after every single session i am feeling the difference ,my skin texture changed a lot,my hair grown thicker and longer because of hair GFC treatment ,am so happy and i want you to visit skinlab atleast once to look beautiful, on the first day of my visit i met the lady named mercy who is giving customer support ,she is the one who is polite ,friendly and concerned .. convinced me to take continuous treatment. finally my best wishes to skinlab and their amazing team for celebrating 29th anniversary

I had a great experience at SkinLab Banglore when I visited for hairfall consultation with the doctor at the clinic 4 months ago, Dr.Sheena suggested a treatment called plasma grow and this is the first time I came to know about the treatment doctor did the complete procedure and made sure iam comfortable. Today was my 3rd session I could see the results it's good and iam happy.

I don't know how this franchisee passes off as a Jamuna Pai clinic. Cancelled an August microdermabrasion appointment saying machine broken down in repair. Machine still getting repaired after 2 months .When I asked for other medi facials available which have microdermabrasion(those that I want not what they want) I am yet to hear back. If I could give a 0 star for the last interactions I would(and I am a regular customer for years). I had to finally book an appointment at the Khar West clinic for treatment during work travel to Mumbai! I guess this clinic caters to customers who have low knowledge, pay scant attention to service levels provided irrespective of money paid.

I am taking skin treatment here and it's my best experience to be frank...staffs and doctors are so friendly and kind..Dr Suchitra is my favourite, she guides so well ..

Dr.Sheena is my favorite. Right after my 1st session I started seeing results. My acnes completely stopped, hair fall stopped. She knows what she is doing and all you have to do is just follow her. Love it love it
