Front office staff has zero respect for patients. Very rude, we all pay and come for treatment. While I was waiting around 4 patients left the clinic because of their rude behaviour. Kindly keep some good staff.

The receptionist over there is ruining the reputation of this centre. When I called for some clarifications, I had to repeat my queries as she was busy with some other chit chat over there.Her responses were sarcastic. They should understand it's our money that they are living off and could have shown some dignity and hospitality in their conversation and behavior. They should get trained in such basic etiquettes

Receptionist interfaces with patients and customers and has always provided very good support to an organization. She is very calm in clearing all my doubts not like other firms front office behaviour

I visited the skin care clinic a few weeks ago with my wife for her skin issues. Before leaving home, I made a telephone appointment with Dr. Rajesh Nair. The staff informed me that my appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. When I arrived at 2:45 pm, I discovered that there was no such appointment pattern; it was a first-come, first-serve system. Despite this, I paid a joining fee and obtained an appointment with dr Rajesh. However, I had to wait for around 1.5 hours, even though there wasn't a significant crowd present. After this wait, a staff member announced that Dr. Rajesh was not yet reached hospital, So he was not on duty, despite appointments being made for him. This experience reflected poor management and a lack of respect for patients. I then had to wait an additional 1.5 hours to see another doctor.

Excellent service. Good behavior and caring especially the reception staffs. Mostly recommended. Thank you all. Am very satisfied.

Took an appointment at 4:30 for subcision and kelood injection. But after consulting the doctor she told that they can't perform the keloid injection and subcision can be done. I waited in the treatment room and one of the therapist came and did some thing else and ask me to pay the charges which is around 2k. My whole day was wasted.
