Skin specialist - Skin care clinic in Pune - Pune, India

Infrastructure is very poor. Usually it's a crowded clinic but there is No parking and it takes half an hour to park your car inside phoenix mall n then come to the clinic to make you entry in the queue. They should consider shifting it somewhere where infrastructure would be better as per money what they charge.

I personally felt there was no cordination with doctor and other staff(interns, junior doctors) especially receptionist wasn't professional at all and on top I went to their clinic after traveling for 9 hours. Doctor did check me well but somewhere I felt that they are in some hurry and didn't answer my questions thoroughly and made me wait for few minutes since they did forget to describe some prescription point. However, I just say give some time to your patient since they are not much aware about how and when to use medicines. Hope this feedback will be helpful to others.

Wonderful experience. I went for my 2 yrs old daughter's ear piercing as I wanted gun shot method and not the traditional method done in the jewelry shop. I searched in google and found this clinic. However I was scared that how they will do it but doctors are extremely good. They applied cream before 45 mnts which made the process absolutely painless.

I hope it reaches the owner - The doctors are very good but the receptionist has attitude to the core. The wait time is endless. We visited doctor yesterday after 90mins of wait time. Junior doctor asked us to call if there is any issue. Today we called the number and receptionist says - 'doctor is too busy and you can't call today. Doctor will ask to call only but i can't give him phone'. She hangs up on your face. I would never go back.

I had the worst experience today as i am writing. They call us at specific time and then you need to wait for a long time. i asked the guy that i need just 2 mins from the doctor so that i can start my procedure but he ignored. this is the second time it was happening. I lost my control and had to be loud to them since i have other important things to do. the worst thing is dr pradeepa kumari was taking side of her staff members. I will think twice before coming here now. They don't treat customers nicely and the doctor need to learn this firstly I wish i can them negative ratings. Now, none of my family members are ever going here. You will meet at least four doctors and staff to start your procedure. The staff who is performing she will have no knowledge of what procedure needs to be done and you ll have to narrate your pain points to all four doctors which is a harassment. Hate this place

Recommended for skin allergies. I have been in trouble for 1 week. I had taken the medicine from the chemist. But it's not working on me. Finally, I visited Dr. Nitin jain, and he prescribe me medicine. Now I got so much relief. Thank you .

The doctors are very good they understand the problem well and help in solving. The clinic is best in town

I visited Dr Pradeep Kumari 2 months ago for my skin issue.. within a month I started seeing difference on my skin ....and now there's hardly any marks left on my skin...I had a very good experience with Dr Pradeep and his team...
