Skin Capital Cherthala/Dr Alex is very efficient and also compassionate and empathetic towards patients. The consulting fees is very minimum . Customer service is outstanding. Most hospitals and clinics treat patients /customer service like an ad campaign. They post it, promise it, and promote it. But unless they produce it in small increments every day, customer service is only lip-service- Service in Proffering only -Not Performed. But Dr Alex ( Skin Capital Cherthala)is not like that. I have a small suggestion . If the Clinic can be opened on Sundays and given holiday on any working days ( Monday -Saturday), it will be very very helpful for poor people who works under some one else almost 6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday) ;such patients can also visit clinic on Sundays and the results of this strategy will eventually pay off for the clinic.
