Worst experience, with the shop in rachi main rd, they just try to push sale expensive shoes, purchased this brand for first time but when I took the shoes for exchange for one size bigger, they could not provide me the size and forced me to take other one....that's ok but for making exchange bill they harassed me from morning till noon giving different excuses.sales girl.....very ride with zero etiquette.
Please don't visit this shop I had faced many issues just for exchange of size.

Do not buy anything from skechers.. They have the worse customer support. I was eligible for a refund and didn't receive it until. I called them and chased every single day. Who has time for that.They would say it has been processed and my bank said no credits. After almost 16 days of writing several emails and calling customer support several times finally they credited the amount right away. They expect you to forget and if you won't follow up they won't give u the refund. Thats how these companies are making money. I have had similar experience with big names . These companies are nothing in their own country and try to fool people here in India.
