Skechers shoes are really comfortable, once you buy them, no other shoe feels better enough. This store has a good variety and good display of full collection. Also some or the offers are usually going on here. Parking here is very difficult especially for 4 wheelers. Would recommend to park a little far away and come here walking.

Now a days everything is available online, but I prefer to try the footwear before buying..so I always buy it in person..this time I wanted to buy slip ons, so visited this sketchers outlet in Dharampeth..I found the staff very arrogant and not interested at all in understanding customer's requirement.. very disappointing experience..won't recommend it to anyone

Would like to suggest the owner or the franchisee to kindly keep trained and people who are communicative in nature. The store was empty and there were 5 sales exec standing but none on them felt the need to suggest me a shoe for my use. Eventually , I just had to leave the store irritated as no one bothered to even notice that a customer wants a specefic shoe . After all I came for the brand sketchers. However it eventually became a blessing In disguise as I then visited the 2nd preferred brand I.e puma and bought the right usage shoe for myself. Thank you for the unattentive uncaring treatment given , you lost a loyal customer and handed it over to your competitor with utmost ease.

Awesome experience. Their staff especially uttam went out of the box and sent me photos on my whatsapp personally as I was not able to visit the store . The staff is very humble and helpful . Must go .

Sketchers shoes might not look cool but they are incredibly comfortable and light weight. I bought sketchers shoes 3 years ago but now my dad suggested me to buy Woodland. Woodland is not comfortable at all, but still I was recommended that woodland is durable. Now my woodland shoes are torn after few months of purchase.

Limited customers in the shop at a time. Temperature checked on entry, masks ensured, hand sanitizer provided. Overall safety in check.

I wish I had a negative point option here. The staff here is unprofessional, non-courteous and non-cooperative. I wanted to try a shoe but they kept saying that it is not what I want. They were not ready to let me try the pair. I left from there infuriated and frustrated.
