Very good customer service. They have a patience as I tried different models for more than three hours. They patiently explain to me the technology behind each and every model. I don't know about other reviews but my experience was very good.

The shop is nice with a wide range of products. The staff is very kind, prepared and professional. Mr. Arun responded to my needs in an absolutely out of the ordinary way. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.

The staff are very helpful and their behaviour was professional. Staff Akshay was polite. He suggests some new models and explains the features up from A to Z. The billing staff Anjali greeted me after the purchase.

Customer service is very poor.The staff is not willing to help. I had to exchange a shoe for upper size and staff tried to give me misinformation. He tried to deny the return by giving some excuses and was passively aggressive.Male staff was trying to flirt with the lady staff and my return probably disturbed their love life.I spotted him dancing in the store to act cool.If sketchers has a return policy, the staff shouldnot try to manipulate customers. Finally i made the staff to read the return policy printed at the store and claimed the return.How many customers have time to deal with such irresponsible staff. If the brand is careless about which whom they hire at store, soon they will affect the reputation of skechers.
