The staff here is mannerless, judgemental and pushy. I had one of the worst in-store experience of my life, even the local kirana store employees have more manners and are respectful. An employee refused to show me any shoe and said you are just here to check the size & you'll buy online. I was in shock. He further refused to give his name, he was the worst. The manger replaced the executive. The second one was very pushy and was forcing me to get billed the first shoe he showed me and was unwilling to show met other designs... even when asked he said "that's not good for you, but this!" The service was so bad given then customer centric times we are living in, I felt like puking. I'll never step in to that store again. Thought I have been a loyal to Skechers since a decade and I live this brand.

BEWARE! DON'T GO TO THIS SHOWROOM. HEAVY PRICE FOR LOWER PRICE SHOES. While buying a shoe here, we found that on Sketcher's website & Amazon same shoe was half the price, so we showed this to the Manager. The Manager said, "No, it's usually fake." So we bought it at the showroom for double the price. When we got back home and found that even on the Sketcher website, the price is half for these shoes, we went to the Manager again. His attitude was like, "Do what you want coz now you are stuck." We never got any refund and now stuck with this fake lookalike MN Los Angeles collection shoes for double the price. Sketchers is a reliable brand, and we never faced such an issue anywhere else in the world, but can we say it happens only in India or Bhopal? We would also like to mention that they deliberately made us pay in CASH and told us our credit card isn't working, whereas, in the same mall, the card worked perfectly fine everywhere else. So now we know why they made us pay in CASH. We are stuck but if you are aware just don't buy any shoes from this showroom.

Exactly they are selling duplicate or rejected pieces and charge for the fresh one .I bought shoes on December for leg comforts ,for which sketchers known in the market but quality of shoes is worst then the local shoes of 400 - 500 I have paid 4500 for sketechers shoe ,right leg shoes not fit well don't buy from this showroom .literally not even wear the shoes 10 days from date of purchase very uncomfortable And pls anyone who wants to buy sketchers shoes from this Showroom pls be careful before purchasing. And if you want to waste your money definitely buy.

Service is very poor and staff is also very rude and insentive towards customers. I will not suggest any body to visit this outlet. Worst Service

Extensive range of shoes. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right shoe for my need.

Inadequate knowledge of staff ,variable behavior depend on sell & other process like replacement etc
