I visited the Skechers store at Crystal mall, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005. Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the employees there. When I asked to see their latest collection, the employee rudely responded by saying, 'If you're not going to buy anything, don't ask me to try anything.' I was shocked by the employee's behavior and felt disrespected as a customer and when I left the showroom I saw that employee abusively telling about me to his employee friend by pointing at me. As a regular shopper at Skechers, I expected better customer service from the brand. I want to bring attention to this incident, as it's important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and kindness. I would like to suggest that Skechers train their employees to provide better customer service and not to judge customers based on their appearance. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate actions are taken to ensure that no other customer is treated this way. I hope that my experience will help the store to improve its customer service standards.

Dont go in anant complex shop. If ur respected person then you should go to other showroom

A good outlet of Skechers beside Adidas and Reebok right ahead of KKV circle. The staff is ok but needs more customer service training, specially salesmanship needs to be better. Items were good and slip on shoes r good but limited. Lots of options for sports shoes. The best thing about this brand is comfort. The cushioned surface is amazing. They need to have more items on large size like no. 9. Rest all good

Staff should improve their knowledge about sports shoes and other sports also as they were unaware of difference marathon shoes and treadmill)gym shoes. Very nice company outlet with un-taught staff.
