First, the room wasn't clean enough and the bedsheets were lil dirty. The washroom wasn't clean at all. The hose pipe were open and there were no hand wash, soaps. Paid 2.4k, which isn't worth it. The AC was centralised, it wasn't cool even at 16 deg. Finally, we turned the fan on this summer. Due to that dirty bathroom, we didn't feel like taking a shower over there. We recommend not to book by seeing online pictures.
The location of this place is very good, close to bustand and autos are easily available, The room are average, the bed is comfortable, the bathrooms are very dirty with stains and smelling as there is no ventilation, the disadvantage is - no restaurant so u, have to swiggy or zomato. If you ask them for plates they will give plastic plates that aren't washed properly with plastic spoons when everyone is switching to plastic free crockery. They also, charge you for early check in. They charged me rupees 500 .
Stayed for a night when I took break from long drive to Ganpatipule. Based on MMT reviews I decided to stay here. Room was not clean, stains on wall, bed, sofa, bathroom taps, bucket was horrible. Looks like not being maintained. Cleanliness 1 /5. Not at all value for money. I was charged 2400 (with tax, 2 adults and a kid). Room was not at all worth the half price also.

Good one. Rooms are spacious, large, clean and comfort. Clean bathroom. Price is reasonable according to the area as it is located in posh area. For single it is Rs1350+GST. May be a little bit high but it's worth it.
