Apart form that every thing is good for family and couples I will recommend it highly Contact hotel before you visit only one problem is watter heater. Skanda comforts should fix that issue... We had booked 2 rooms. The water heater was not working in the first one and the second had a solar heater, which apparently works only if the Sun chooses to shine brightly. We ordered coffee which finally came after 40 mins and 3 reminders.

One of the best place to stay in surathkal. Best for NITK parents to stay, NITK is 10 to 15 mins walking distance. They have AC Non-AC rooms available. Staff is really good. They give food service but it is costly as compared to outside hotels.
